Derrick E. Haynes, PhDPresident and CEO
Derrick E. Haynes, PhD is an experienced executive coach who has dedicated his life to helping others. His personal mission is to help individuals and organizations build the capacity to achieve their goals. Haynes, is a catalyst for personal change as he pushes his clients to achieve their personal best.
Following a successful 20+ year career in higher education rising from counselor to dean; Haynes, decided to leave to become an influencer in the area of career development. He founded YourCareerDoctor based on the problems he observed over many years of supervising, coaching students, and leading systems. From an educator’s perspective, he is able to provide meaningful development and guidance to clients and organizations. He leverages his experiences in higher education as an administrator and professor, doctoral education in Organizational Performance Learning and Change and experience as a veteran to inform his work.
SPECIALTIES INCLUDE:
• Coaching individuals on goal achievement, leadership development, personality assessment, dealing with group dynamics and navigating organizational politics.
